Have you ever heard of Ecstatic Dance? Well, if not, you may be hearing about it soon. A new form of dance event, created in Hawaii, has taken firm root in the San Francisco Bay area in California. Now Ecstatic Dance is popping up around the world - in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and New York. It’s hard to explain, so to find out more RFI's correspondent went to Oakland, in California, the global launching pad for the Ecstatic Dance movement.
