After The Philippines announced recently it has offered to allow more United States troops onto its territory, China reaction was to call for a greater effort towards peace and stability in the region. The Philippines says it plans to hold more joint exercises with the Amercians and to let more US troops rotate through the country. The offer has been welcomed by the United States as it seeks to expand its military power in Asia.
