To help neighbouring Germany, France last week offered an expedited asylum process to 600 Syrians and Iraqis. France would have liked to invite 1,000, but not enough people wanted to go to France. France has agreed to take in 24,000 refugees over the next two years, but may have trouble convincing people to come. Why are refugees wary of France? RFI went to find out at a centre in Cergy, north of Paris, where about 100 refugees are living temporarily as they apply for asylum.
