Made in France, but tough times for some in the French fashion industry

French Presidential candidates are keen to associate themselves with products labelled "Made in France" in a bid to promote France's hard-hit manufacturing sector. Last week, French garment manufacturers gathered in Paris for a trade fair devoted to clothes "made in France". Despite the glamour associated with the French fashion industry, many companies have been forced to close shop in recent years.
