France's new women’s rights and justice ministers, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem and Christiane Taubira, have prepared the draft of a new sexual harassment law, which they will present to the cabinet on Wedneday. The law is due to then be presented to the new parliament, which will be elected this weekend. The existing law was struck down by the Constitutional Council, which ruled that it was too vague, in May. The ruling had unintended consequences.
