Syria's referendum amid the shelling

Syria held a controversial referendum on changes to the constitution on Sunday while shelling in the rebel stronghold of Homs killed at least 30 people. The opposition called for a boycott of the vote, and western nations such as the US have described the vote as 'laughable'. Rime Allaf is a Syrian and associate fellow at London's Chatham House think tank. She spoke to RFI about the referendum and the ongoing violence.
