Why the West Bank Migron settlement has been relocated?

It is a 20 minute public bus ride from the centre of Jerusalem through the occupied West Bank to Migron, a controversial settlement that has recently been the centre of an even more controversial eviction order. But with the settlement relocated rather than evicted, the question of whether their move was motivated by political gain for the government hangs in the air.
