Female representation may not top the political agenda in the occupied West Bank but in this weekend's municipal elections two groups are looking to break the mould. "By Participating, We Can" in Hebron and "Women of the Town" in Saffa, a village close to Ramallah, have made it clear that they want to change the way that politics is run in Palestine.
