Lebanon’s political leaders on Tuesday missed a Paris deadline to form a new government aimed at kick-starting much-needed reforms after a massive port blast on 4 August. Talking to RFI’s Christina Okello, Lebanese MP Fouad Makhzoumi says the country’s sectarian-power system is to blame for the deadlock.
