Under the motto "Relaunch, strength, belonging", France took the helm of the rotating European presidency to much fanfare at the beginning of 2022 with lofty ambitions. RFI's David Coffey speaks to Yves Bertoncini, president of the Mouvement Européen about the issues and challenges that will dominates France's chairmanship over the next 6 months.
